Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be returned, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. In addition, we only accept product returns with manufacturing baffles.
The return of certain types of goods is not allowed. Thus, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items not authorized for return:
* Gift Cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing clear signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or refused.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially displayed.
Then contact your bank. The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same article, send us an email at info@yesindeed.ch and send your article to: Route d'Erbignon 8c, Conthey, Valais, 1964, Switzerland.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift was sent the order for later delivery, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you returned their gift.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: Route d'Erbignon 8c, Conthey, Valais, 1964, Switzerland.
Shipping costs related to the return of your item are at your expense. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the deadline for receiving your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or having your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Our products can be sold for pre-order and therefore the delivery time cannot be reported to you at the time of purchase as it does not depend directly on us. If delivery delays should occur, we do not offer the possibility of being refunded, nor the return of the goods purchased on our website.
